DATA ENTRY VIA INTERNET NOT AVAILABLE

Due to the recent ice storm throughout northwest Oklahoma, changes in the University of Oklahoma (OU) main server (ouwww) have resulted in the Evaluation Center not being able to accept data submitted on-line (via Adobe Acrobat or HTML). When a form (module) is submitted, the sender is sent a message stating that their data was submitted to the server correctly. Unfortunately, the OU server, ouwww, fails to send that data to the Evaluation Center. The data is then lost.

Data can still be sent via fax or paper (mailed) submission.

This is a temporary situation. All will be notified when the pearl script on the OU server has been fully restored.
