The Special Immunology Associates (SIA) a clinic of El Rio
Health Center is funded by the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services,
Health Resources & Services Administration Ryan White Care Act Title III.
Since 1991 the clinic has provided primary medical services to individuals living
with HIV/AIDS in Pima County and southern Arizona.
El Rio Special Immunology exists to provide quality comprehensive health care to people living with HIV/AIDS regardless of ability to pay.The clinic has provided services to over 1000 patients since opening its doors and advocates on behalf of its patients to improve the quality of services available in southern Arizona

The SIA provides lab services for most HMOs and private insurance carriers. Pharmacy services are provided through EL Rio Health Center.
Assistance
The clinic provides eligible patients enrollment in the Arizona Drug Assistance Program, ADAP, funded by Ryan White Titlell.
