Her previous experience includes working as the associate director at the UNM Institute for Public Policy and as an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M University. Her current research projects include, but are not limited to, policy knowledge, scientific uncertainty and collective choice in technical policy debates, political fringe groups in contentious policy domains, and when economics is really politics: the political context of benefit-cost analysis.
